DiscordKit Refund Policy - 7-Day Money-Back on All Discord Extensions

The DiscordKit Refund Policy guarantees a full refund within 7 days of purchase for any Discord browser extension license, no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Refund requests submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date are eligible.
• Refunds apply to paid licenses only (Chat Exporter unlimited, Media Downloader unlimited).
• Free-tier extensions are not subject to refunds because no payment was collected.
• Discount codes and bulk-license purchases follow the same 7-day window.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include the order ID (sent in the original purchase confirmation email).
3. Include the email address used at checkout.

We process refund requests the same business day. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

After refund

Your paid license key is deactivated automatically. Free-tier features remain available; you can continue using the extensions without paid features.

Bulk and team licenses

Multi-pack licenses (2+ extensions at checkout) and team licenses (5+ seats) are refunded on a prorated basis. Email [email protected] to coordinate.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the refund outcome, you may escalate via the contact page or file a chargeback with your payment provider. We will cooperate fully with chargeback investigations.
